The Size Specifications for each 'grain' is equal to or less than 0.8 mm for 80% of the material. and 20% above 0.8 mm and under 1.4 mm

Due to the nature of the product wheat flour type consistency is impossible to achieve due tot the oils in the nut, and further milling will result in Almond Paste / Butter
