Please note that someone will need to be at the delivery address to confirm receipt of the order and a signature maybe required.
Deliveries can be made to both business and residential addresses.
Please make sure delivery and contact details are correct in order to prevent delays.
An active phone number will be required, in case the couriers need to contact you about the delivery.
If there are any special requirements regarding your delivery address, please ensure that you inform us of them before / at the time you place your order as a surcharge may incur.
If the courier is unable to deliver to your address because no-one is present to sign for it, it will be returned to the nearest depot awaiting collection or a redelivery attempt will be made.
You can schedule a redelivery with the courier once an delivery has been attempted, you will be left with a 'missed delivery card', and further details will be provided.
Different redelivery options can be requested via the couriers website. In the case of Royal Mail / Parcel Force you can arrange collection from your local post office.

Shipping cost depends on type of service, location and weight of the order, we have simplified this down as much as possible and the rest we will take care of.

On occasion we may use Parcel Force, Hermes, UPS, or Pall-Ex via a tracked or signed service.
Orders may be split into multiple parcels or combined onto a pallet.
We will select the most suitable courier service for you.
We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom
However we maybe able to ship internationally on request at our discretion, please contact us via email or use the contact form, please include shipping address and the item/s you would like to purchase together with the quantities, and we will advise you of shipping ability.

As we believe in a UNITED Kingdom, we offer shipping to HM Forces Worldwide and UK Special Zones at No Extra Cost. Even though the couriers charge an extra surcharge for this. Although your order may need to be split into multiple small parcels & deliveries for us to accommodate this service.
Express and Priority Delivery services ONLY apply to Mainland UK.
If sending to UK Special Zones we recommend using the standard service.
We can not be held accountable for late deliveries if the courier is at fault and we will not offer compensation.
